Inscrutable Systems Part 2

In the second part of "Inscrutable Systems" we draw some conclusions about the techical and political sides of the scandal. We discuss some larger issues including modern day software complexity, unmanageable systems, forced updates, "too big to faul" , government corruption. Kate and Andy also discuss some psychological factors, like blind faith in technology and software, and how do we make ourselves less vulnerable to this?
